PJ Party: Your WIll Be Done

When you pray, do you approach prayer with seeking God's will? Jesus gave us the example of the Lord's prayer for a reason. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done..... Are you seeking God's will in your prayers? Or maybe your own? Join us as we share about this principle in our prayer lives.

Trying it a different way tonight... YouTube just isn't processing it right. Hope it works!

  1. Sorry guys, it just isn't working tonight! Feeling to rough to get it figured out... Maybe this means you need to do your own prayer and study tonight on this portion of the Lord's Prayer.... Leave comments on what you learned! Love you all!

  2. "Thy will be done."

These beautiful words are hauntingly familiar as you consider Jesus' prayer to the Father while in the Garden of Gethsemane. I cannot help but reflect on how both passages echo the same foundational principle.

Thy will be done - whatever You would have me do, that is what I will do; whatever You need, that is now my need; whatever You desire, that is what I will desire. All this will be done so that I may fulfill Your purpose and bring You glory.

Thanks Christina. I am so loving the PJ Party!
May God continue to bless you and show this work great favor.

    Love and Hugs in Him,
    Kim

  3. Great insight Kim. To think that even before Christ's death... KNOWING what He had to face.. He still prayed, "Thy will be done." What surrender!

A wonderful example of us to surrender every aspect of our life in prayer, no only for surrender, but for strength as well!

    Thanks for sharing Kim!
Love and hugs back your way!
